FiRBAY specializes in the customization of promotional products such as custom apparel, branded merchandise, corporate gifts, and personalized marketing materials. We strive to deliver the highest quality products with exceptional service at competitive prices.
Due to market fluctuations, prices may change without prior notice.

Artwork Requirements
To ensure the best print quality, we require:
- Vector or high-resolution (300-600 DPI) designs
- All fonts converted to outlines
- Files in .pdf, .svg, .ai, .eps, .psd, .jpg, or .png formats
FiRBAY reserves the right to reject artwork that does not meet our quality standards.

Production Time
Standard production time is typically 5-15 business days after order placement. Production time depends on:
- Product type
- Order volume
- Artwork complexity
- Printing method
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Policy
Shipping terms are FOB Carrier. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Most orders ship via FedEx or freight carriers.
- No delivery to PO Boxes
- Tracking provided for FedEx shipments
- FiRBAY is not responsible for carrier delays

Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of receipt for unprinted or defective items. Customized items are not eligible for return.
